Herts Help - Client Satisfaction Survey Volunteer
Herts help require volunteers to survey a range of service users who have used the Hospital & Community Navigation Service (HCNS) by telephone to capture client satisfaction with the service.
You must be confident in speaking with people and have good listening skills and ability to complete a questionnaire on a computer system. (Volunteers will use their own computer). The people you call may be elderly, vulnerable or lonely - so it is of the utmost importance that you are able to show empathy, respect and understanding at all times.
