Watford and Three Rivers Refugee Partnership
The Watford and Three Rivers Refugee Partnership is looking for volunteers to carry out a range of roles.
We provide practical and emotional support to refugees, asylum-seekers and other vulnerable migrants in our community. Our services include befriending and casework, drop-in centre, education, financial support, provision of food and other necessities, and sports and social activities.
We are at an exciting time in our development – we are hoping to meet a growing need for our services by recruiting new volunteers. We have also just recruited our first paid member of staff.
This is an amazing opportunity to join a group of dedicated, kind and fun volunteers in a worthwhile and rewarding endeavour.
We particularly welcome applications from people from ethnic minority and migrant backgrounds, who are under-represented among our volunteers.
We take the welfare of our volunteers and beneficiaries extremely seriously. We are doing everything we can to make sure all our activities are Covid-secure and that our volunteers are fully trained and prepared for the tasks we ask them to carry out.
